Alice Springs producer, Rachel Clements, has won the prestigious 2013 Bob Plasto Screen Award.
Northern Territory Minister for Arts and Museums Matt Conlan presented Ms Clements with her Award at tonight’s opening of the Darwin International Film Festival.
